Host Tanya Memme, construction expert Charlie Frattini and designer Daniel Kucan help desperate homeowners prepare their difficult-to-sell spaces. In today's tough real-estate market, it takes a lot more than de-cluttering and rearranging furniture to get a home sold, and these three experts are willing to smash through walls, blow out ceilings, tear out complete kitchens and bathrooms, and finish with spectacular home staging -- all in an effort to maximize a home's potential and attract multiple offers. For Season 2, Daniel Kucan replaced Roger Hazard, who wrote on his Facebook page in January 2012, "Due to professional and personal commitments, I will no longer be a part of the show. I am very excited to be working full time on Decades Furniture, my private design firm, and our home design website DesignHazards.com." A&E presented the Season 3 premiere of this series on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 10am ET, featuring an episode in which Tanya, Daniel and Charlie clean up a space, remove a vomit-stained carpet from the master bedroom, and re-design the tiny kitchen.
