Plot Synopsis

A team of doctors meets people who harbor embarrassing conditions to dispel the myths and provide a safe place where these patients can confront their unmentionables and find a cure or improve their self image. Each 30-minute episode highlights two patients, including: Rebecca, who has a large breast imbalance that's making her miserable; Tracey, whose rotten teeth serve as a reminder of a terrible time in her life; Charlotte, who discovers the scary cause behind her overwhelming planter's warts; Sandra, who is searching for answers to a messy toilet problem after having a 10-pound baby; Sherri, who is desperate to take a 30JJ sized weight off her chest; Juleigh, who is trying to hide a set of scaly ears; Alison, who hates her funnel chest; Natalie who is seeking skin grafts to fill in her deep scars; Anna, a bride-to-be who hopes to reign in her swollen hands and feet before her big day; Stuart, who believes he brought his painful problem home from vacation; Richard, who wants to reclaim his manhood with a flat chest; Alan, who's seeking help after suffering years of silent humiliation due to erectile dysfunction; and many more people living with medical conditions they consider humiliating. Discovery Fit & Health aired the U.S. premiere of EMBARRASSING BODIES on Friday, April 27, 2012 at 10pm ET with back-to-back episodes.
