Plot Synopsis
Santa assigns Chippey, one of his scout elves, to help Taylor McTuttle, a nine-year-old boy struggling to believe in the magic of Christmas. This annual Christmas special is based on Carol Aebersold's storybook, which was inspired by an Aebersold family tradition featuring their own pixie elf, Fisbee, who appeared in their home every holiday season.
