Plot Synopsis

EAT THE NATION is a half-hour series that follows chef and food writer Ching-He Huang as she explores the food and traditions from every corner of the United States while befriending some colorful locals along the way. Cooking Channel premiered the show's pilot episode on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 10:30pm ET/7:30pm PT, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. The pilot featured Fort Worth, Texas, restaurants, including Billy's Oak Acres BBQ, Carshon's Deli, Enchiladas Ole and Kincaid's.
