Plot Synopsis
Picking up where the 2016 animated comedy film TROLLS left off, this half-hour animated series continues the stories of the endlessly upbeat adventures of the Trolls as Poppy, Branch and all of Troll Village keep the party going in their fantastical forest home. TROLLS: THE BEAT GOES ON! features voices different from the movie, with Skylar Astin and Amanda Leighton voicing Branch and Poppy, respectively. The series includes all-new original songs written and produced by Alana Da Fonseca. Netflix released the first six episodes of TROLLS: THE BEAT GOES ON! on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. In the series opener, "A New Bergen-ing; Laugh Out Cloud," to the trolls' horror, Poppy invites the Bergens to a village party. Cloud Guy offers to end a drought -- if Branch will be his best buddy for a day.

As Poppy learns how to carry out her duties as queen, the village celebrates the arrival of new characters, critters and holidays. In the season opener, "Prank Day; Adventures in Dinkles-Sitting," Branch and Poppy try to out-trick each other on Prank Day to earn the title of Prank Master. While baby-sitting Mr. Dinkles, Branch runs into trouble.

In the season opener, "The Imposter; The Frenemy," Branch and Poppy hunt for an imposter in Troll Village; Poppy discovers the master of disguise belongs to an evil group called the Party Crashers.
Season 4 of TROLLS: THE BEAT GOES ON! premiered on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire seven-episode season. With her sunny attitude, Poppy leads her friends in rescuing Mr. Dinkles, supporting Guy Diamond's new invention and teaching Smidge to be helpful. In the season opener, "Party Crashed," outsiders invade Troll Village and take Mr. Dinkles hostage, forcing the trolls to win a sing-off in order to get him back.
