Plot Synopsis

This one-hour reality series follows Hollywood manager Marki Costello, granddaughter of comedian Lou, as she helps her clients by building brands and teaching them how to be stars, while balancing her own career with her family life. As her clients and staff can attest, Costello's loud, direct and in-your-face approach to life is the secret to her success, but her style clashes with overbearing stage moms, creating new stress in the office after recently launching a kids division. Plus, her demanding clients, up-and-coming talent associates, and impressionable young interns are all vying for her attention and accolades. At home, her long-term artist boyfriend, Tommy, is now in charge of their young son, Finn, and her teenage son, Lucas, but Marki makes sure she knows everything that's going on.
