Plot Synopsis

DORA is an 11-minute animated series that follows the iconic bilingual explorer, Dora, and her best monkey friend, Boots, as they embark on epic adventures in a fantastical rainforest. Guided by trustworthy Map, Dora and her friends must work together to overcome many obstacles while being challenged by the sneakiest fox, Swiper. Kathleen Herles, the original voice of Dora the Explorer, returns to the new series as Mami, and Mike Smith Rivera joins the cast as Papi. Featured guest stars in Season 1 are Taboo as Quickatoo and Kate del Castillo as Ale the Alebrije. DORA premiered on Friday, April 12, 2024 on Paramount+, which released 26 episodes of the first season.

Season 2 of DORA debuted on Friday, September 13, 2024 on Paramount+, which released 25 episodes of the new season. In the second season, Dora and her best monkey friend, Boots, encounter new challenges, overcome tricky obstacles, and explore new fantastical territories. Kids will join the iconic Latina heroine on her journey as she meets new friends and helps others, learning inspiring lessons through catchy songs and nonstop laughter. Dascha Polanco joins the cast in Season 2 as La Reina.
