Plot Synopsis

On the lucky date of 11/11/11, THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA's Kim Zolciak married Atlanta Falcons defensive end Kroy Biermann, and cameras followed the couple -- and celebrity event planner Colin Cowie -- in Season 1 of this series, as they designed a dream wedding in their brand new multi-million dollar home. During THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA, Kim and Kroy shared their most intimate moments, moved into their new home, and gave birth to a son, KJ. Now, in DON'T BE TARDY FOR THE WEDDING, the first season of this series, the pressure was on, as Kim rushed to find a dress, lose remaining baby weight and cosmetically enhance trouble spots. With the date quickly approaching, problems mounted -- her invitation was leaked to the press and her mother initially refused to attend the wedding. Still, Kim was determined to marry Kroy and wouldn't let anything ruin her perfect day.

This series returned for its second season, with the shorter title DON'T BE TARDY..., picking up almost one year after her wedding. In Season 2, which debuted with back-to-back new episodes on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo, their family grows even bigger with the addition of a fourth child, Kash Kade, they're working on remodeling their new home, and Kroy and his team are enjoying an extremely successful football season with the hopes of making it to the Super Bowl. But the Biermanns are living in tight quarters in Kim's old townhouse, impatient for the seemingly endless construction to finish; Kim's daughters, who've had their mother all to themselves for most of their lives, now have to share her with their young siblings. To make matters worse, Kim's parents, who haven't spoken to their daughter since Kim kicked them out of her wedding, are dragging her to court for visitation with their granddaughters. The series title alludes to Kim's 2009 musical single, "Don't Be Tardy for the Party."

DON'T BE TARDY returned for its third season on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo. Since last season, Kim's life has not slowed down. Fresh off the birth of their twins, Kane Ren and Kaia Rose, Kim and Kroy are juggling life with two teenagers and four kids all under the age of four. Plus, in the midst of dealing with Kroy's season-ending football injury and moving into their dream home, the couple brought on new staff, adding to the already crowded household with the return of Kim's longtime friend and assistant, Sweetie and their nanny, Lana.
