Plot Synopsis

DR. 90210 is a one-hour reality series that follows four of the top female plastic surgeons in America -- Dr. Cat Begovic, Dr. Kelly Killeen, Dr. Michelle Lee and Dr. Suzanne Quardt -- as they break down barriers in the world's most famous zip code. From excess skin removal, third breast extraction, and a double mastectomy, to facial cysts and post childbirth vaginal rejuvenations these four doctors use their remarkable insight, skill, and bedside manner to guide patients from consultations to surgery and recovery, proving a woman's touch can go beyond skin deep. In the series opener, "Snip-a-dee-doo-dah," Dr. Killeen performs a breast reduction on a patient with size M breasts; a transgender model wants Dr. Lee to make her nose look more feminine; former Pussycat Doll, Jessi Peralta seeks Dr. Cat's help to repair her torn labia.

On Monday, November 16, 2020 at 10pm ET/PT, E! premiered "Hip, Nip Hooray," the season finale of DR. 90210. A woman seeks Dr. Kelly's help to fix her hip dips so she can finally wear pants; Dr. Q gives a former cheerleader a mommy makeover so she can fit into her cheerleading outfit again; Dr. Cat bonds with her patient over having more than two nipples.
