Plot Synopsis
Judge Lynn Toler rules on courtroom cases involving marriage disputes. In each 30-minute episode, Toler hears testimony from one case and makes a judgement.
Season 15 of this syndicated series premiered on Monday, September 2, 2013, with a case involving Ebony, who says Anthony has a history of cheating which creates major trust issues. On the new season's second day, Shacola was finally ready to walk away from her husband Tommy's verbal assaults and aggressive behavior.
DIVORCE COURT returned for its 16th season on Labor Day 2014 (Monday, September 1) with back-to-back new episodes. In the first episode, "Moorman v. Ward," Bianca Moorman and Brandon Ward are married to each other and are currently separated with a 3-year-old and 6-month-old child, and Bianca wants a divorce because Brandon is too focused on his rap career and not his own family. In the second episode, "Knight vs. Knight," Tasha feels that her husband Derrick is no longer attracted to her and says they are now more like brother and sister than husband and wife.
On Tuesday, September 8, 2015, DIVORCE COURT returned for its 17th season (check local listings for times and channels). In the season opener, "Crudup vs. Pelley Jr.," a wife's attempt to school her husband on his duties, and his failure to check off each task means they are going to have a rocky and lonely night.

This season, Judge Star Jones continues to use her wisdom and experience as she presides over the courtroom, hearing disputes involving the highs and lows of relationships.

In the season opener, "You Cheated so You Could Have a Daughter: Ruben Allen vs. 'Sparkle' Smith," Ruben suspects that his wife cheated with another man, and now believes that her sixth child isn't his -- so he needs a DNA test to determine the future of his marriage.
