Plot Synopsis

DISASTER AUTOPSY is a one-hour docuseries that uses expert analysis of the available evidence to recreate real world disasters in 3D graphics. The program then can dissect them, peel back the layers, even freeze time to reveal a disaster's hidden and surprising causes -- a paperwork error, a bad glue job, changing a restaurant opening hours. Each one-hour episode explores three different disasters, including: Columbia space shuttle, Eschede Train, Grenfell Tower, Titan Missile, MS Estonia, Piper Alpha oil rig, 3 Mile Island, Mont Blanc Tunnel, Sampoong Mall, Apollo 13, MGM Grand, Genoa Bridge, and more.
