Plot Synopsis

Created and executive produced by Ailing Zubizarreta, DINO POPS is a fact-based animated series for kids, which is set in a hyper-realistic land inhabited by ferocious -- and often silly -- dinosaurs. While the landscape and dinosaurs may be prehistoric, modern elements familiar to kids -- from ice cream cones to race cars -- appear throughout the series. Every half-hour episode showcases different dinosaurs and delves into their traits and attributes. From T-rex to Triceratops, Raptors to Titanosaurs, the secrets of the inhabitants of a very different world are revealed. DINO POPS consulted with the renowned Argentinian Paleontologist Dr. Diego Pol for all dinosaur information and facts. Diego and his team have discovered fossils of over 20 new species of dinosaurs, including the discovery of Bagualia alba. The first six half-hour episodes of DINO POPS dropped on Thursday, May 25, 2023 on Peacock.

On Thursday, December 7, 2023, Peacock released the final seven episodes of DINO POPS' first season. The mid-season debut, "From the Cretaceous to the Jurassic Colorado," travels back in time to the Cretaceous period to meet the Therizinosaurus with its remarkable claws, the Amargasaurus and its spiky spine, and the fast Ornithomimus.
