Plot Synopsis

DINO GIRL GAUKO is a 10-minute animated series that follows middle schooler Naoko Watanabe, who turns into fierce dinosaur Gauko when she gets angry enough. In the series premiere, "Nice to Meet You. I'm Gauko," it's Naoko's first day at her new school, and she's running late. But once she gets there, she has a really tough time. Then, in the second episode, "Fateful Encounter?," Naoko and her new friends stop for croquettes at the meat shop and meet Toshio, a cute employee. The alien Bibilian shows up and causes trouble. On Friday, November 22, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released DINO GIRL GAUKO's entire first season of 20 episodes.

On Friday, March 20, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the 19-episode second season of DINO GIRL GAUKO. Naoko and her friends have more strange adventures with aliens, robots and dinosaur girl Gauko. Their ordinary town has its share of oddities! In the season opener, "Imposter Gauko," everyone keeps thanking Naoko for things she didn't do. Eventually she realizes the truth: There's an impostor Gauko on the loose!
