Season 1 Season 2
Plot Synopsis
In this one-hour drama series, priest Ramiro Ventura partners with unorthodox demon hunter 'Diablero' Elvis Infante and his team to find a missing girl in Mexico City, which is overrun with dark forces. With the help of authentic superhero Nancy Gama, this unlikely trio unleashes a series of events that could determine the fate of humanity. A room reeking of a Type 2 demon leads the team to an underground fight club, where Nancy strikes a deal with the owner. Keta looks for Lucia's body. Keta has history with Isaac -- and she's sure it's tied to the case. Mariana gets to know her protector, a woman who claims she can keep her safe. Using Nancy as the vessel and the claw that was stuck in his back, Elvis performs an ancient ritual to summon the demon -- with unsettling results. On Friday, December 21, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released all 10 episodes of the first season of DIABLERO, based on "El Diablo Me Obligo," the book by Mexican writer Francisco Haghenbeck.

DIABLERO returned for its second season on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire six-episode new season. Aided by Aztec mythology, modern-day demon hunters Elvis, Keta, Nancy and Ventura set out to find Keta's son and save the world -- again. As a mysterious club owner seeks Elvis's help, a familiar voice sends a message about a door that can't be closed -- and the key to keeping it open. Elvis, Keta and Nancy cross into the underworld to find Ventura and bring him home. Elsewhere, a much older Mayaken displays disturbing powers.
