Plot Synopsis

Chefs Aldo Lanzillotta and Joanne Lusted square off with teams of cottagers who have one hour to prepare a three-course cottage feast using whatever ingredients they can find in their pantries. Friends and family play the role of discerning taste testers: sampling the courses and announcing a winner at the end of each episode. Cooking Channel aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 10:30pm ET, almost one year after COMPETE TO EAT had its world premiere on Cottage Life, a Canadian cable channel that launched in September 2013.
