Plot Synopsis

This half-hour reality series follows ten college students from different universities around the country on their summer internship program in Chicago. While the internship focuses on education, employment and entrepreneurship, the cast participates in challenges and charitable activities that strengthen their marketable job skills a test their work ethic.
