Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Fred Savage and executive produced by and starring Ricky Gervais, CHILD SUPPORT is a one-hour, studio-based game show that features adult contestants who each try to answer 10 questions correctly in order to win the ultimate prize of $200,000. If they answer incorrectly, the contestants have a chance to be saved by a group of five kids being asked the same question by Gervais. Each 60-minute episode features two contestants and a different panel of five kids. Season 2 of CHILD SUPPORT premiered on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on ABC, with Ricky Gervais and host Fred Savage both returning for a new season. In the season opener, Dominic of Yonkers, New York, and Ashlie of Ontario, California, will each try to answer 10 questions correctly in order to win the ultimate prize of $200,000. If they answer incorrectly, the contestants will have a chance to be saved by a group of kids being asked the same question by comedic mastermind Ricky Gervais.
