Plot Synopsis

When a strong sexy cop named Liz saves buttoned-down lawyer Michael from a fiery car wreck, their chemistry explodes into a world filled with erotic madness, and Michael finds himself torn between this new attraction and his neat and orderly corporate life with his fiance Jocelyn, the boss's daughter. To complicate matters, Liz isn't looking for anything long-term since she fears the intimacy that a true commitment would mean. Plus, Jocelyn suspects Michael is having an affair, but is undergoing her own liberating transformation as she gets a dragon tattoo and is enjoying the recent increase in his sex drive -- which later causes Michael to have performance problems when he's with Liz. Joceyln eventually dumps Michael, leading her father, Arthur, to find it in himself to inquire after Michael. During these troubled times, Michael seeks advice from Vic, his oft-married father who is currently engaged to the gorgeous, and much-younger, Chantal. And when Liz has issues, she talks to her police partner, Preston, and her neighbor, Lola, a bawdy (and a bit eccentric) woman who has seen and done it all when it comes to love and sex. This series is part of Cinemax's AFTER DARK programming.
