Plot Synopsis

CHEF'S TABLE is a one-hour docuseries series that visits the world's greatest chefs from every corner of the globe -- in their own restaurants. Each 60-minute episode highlights a different culinary master, including these chefs in Season 1: Massimo Bottura, who blends Italian tradition with artful modernity at Osteria Francescana, which has been ranked third best restaurant in the world; Dan Barber, a dedicated farmer and food industry revolutionary, who leads a fight to change the way people think about -- and grow -- food; Francis Mallman, who celebrates his open-fire cooking style -- from isolated Patagonian islands to French Michelin three-star restaurants; Niki Nakayama, who brings creativity and passion to kaiseke cuisine at her Los Angeles restaurant N/Naka; New Zealand chef Ben Shewry, whose strong connection with nature and dedication to finding new tastes have made his Australian restaurant, Attica, world famous; and Magnus Nilsson, who has created one of the world's greatest restaurants in frozen Jarpen, Sweden.
