Plot Synopsis

In each half-hour episode of THE CHEF'S GARDEN, Farmer Lee Jones invites a different world-renowned chef to walk the gardens at The Chef's Garden and pick veggies that they bring into the test kitchen to create a dish that showcases that ingredient. Under the guidance of Lee Jones and Bob Jones Jr. -- who follow in the footsteps of their father, Bob Jones Sr. -- The Chef's Garden employs traditional regenerative farming methods combined with innovative technology to stay on the leading edge of the produce business. The Chef's Garden has officially achieved Regenified certification, marking a significant milestone in the Lees' commitment to regenerative agriculture. This series, executive produced by Rachael Ray, features guest chefs like: Emma Bengtsson (beets); Curtis Duffy (corn); Jason Howard (squash); Markus Glocker (carrots); Hong Thaime (potatoes); Jamie Simpson (edible flowers); and more. THE CHEF'S GARDEN debuted with back-to-back episodes on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 10-11pm ET/PT on FYI:

"Beets with Emma Bengsston" (10pm): Two-star Michelin Chef Emma Bengsston visits Farmer Lee Jones at his family farm in Huron, Ohio to pick beets in his fields, talk about growing up eating a traditional Swedish diet, and love for cooking. Then they head to the test kitchen to prepare a meal inspired by and starring their beet harvest.

"Corn with Curtis Duffy" (10:30pm): Three Michelin Star award winner and James Beard Foundation's Best Chef of 2016, Chef Curtis Duffy is back on the farm to visit longtime friend and collaborator, Farmer Lee Jones, to pick corn and talk about his gratitude and admiration for Farmer's work and how it's impacted his career. Then they head to the test kitchen to prepare an explosive dish that features freshly picked corn and is as equally as inspiring as it is beautiful.
