Plot Synopsis

In each half hour of CASH IN THE ATTIC, Courtney Tezeno and a team of expert appraisers -- including Elyse Luray, Jean David Michel and Marvin Jules -- sort through homes looking for classic toys, vintage comics, original video games and other valuable pop culture treasures. This reboot premiered on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 9-10pm ET/PT, as HGTV debuted back-to-back episodes:

"Pop Culture for Asian Culture" (9pm): A New York couple wants to cash in on their college memories by turning their arcade games, comics and toys into money. Courtney and her team arrive to help them hit their goal and fund a trip to Asia so that their son can get in touch with his roots.

"Rare Finds for a Renovation" (9:30pm): A Connecticut family of six has been putting off finishing their home renovations. After ten years of living in a construction zone, they're ready to dig out forgotten family treasures as Courtney helps them raise the money to reclaim their home.
