Plot Synopsis

CASH DOME is a reality series that goes inside the family-owned Cash Dome Jewelry & Pawn in Miami, Florida. As 75-year-old founder Mickey Gallander prepares to step down as manager, his son, Joshua "White Boy," must convince his father that he's ready to take the reins. White Boy was raised in the pawn shop, hardened on the streets of Miami, and ready to take on the world. After picking up his nickname at his predominately non-white high school, White Boy soaked in the culture of tattoos, hip-hop and sports, but never lost his aggressive instincts for making a buck. White Boy may look like a thug, but he's a man of surprising intelligence, determination and warmth. Plus, he'll be joined by his combative, ex-con stepbrother, Josh Roth, who wants to walk the straight and narrow for the first time in his life -- but just because he's willing to work doesn't mean he will be able to rise to his family's standards.
