Plot Synopsis

CASH COWBOYS is a half-hour reality series that follows the Huwas -- Brent Huwa, his wife Tonya, brothers Tyrun and Corey, father Rich, and the rest of the Huwa clan -- as this multi-generational family run their businesses in Keenseburg, Colorado. The Huwas combine their faith and entrepreneurial spirit to protect and save the landscape. The Huwa Cattle Company was founded in 2001 by Brent and Tonya, and now has well over 500 head of cattle in its Black Angus herd. Then, they started their reclamation business in 2002, when they were tasked to clean up after the Hayman fire -- one of Colorado's worst forest fires. Ten years later in 2012, the Huwas started Huwa Reserve Natural Beef, giving consumers an alternative to highly-processed, off-the-shelf beef. Cattle from the Huwa Family Ranch are started on grass and finished with a 100% vegetarian grain, which is grown on the Huwa Family Farm by Brent's father and brothers. This series is about big equipment, tough terrain, bucking bulls, mother nature, and extreme deadlines that keep them on their toes. The stakes are high, and there is no room for error. Still, they take time to appreciate each other and enjoy life. The series opens with Brent agreeing to do an emergency land reclamation job in Wyoming, but it's the weekend and no one is available to help.
