Plot Synopsis

Vince Faraday is an honest cop who is framed for a series of murders by a corrupt police force. Presumed dead and forced into hiding, he leaves his wife and son behind and takes on the persona of his son's favorite comic book superhero, The Cape. Fueled by a desire to reunite with his family and to battle the criminal forces that have overtaken Palm City, he takes the law into his own hands. As he wages war on crime and corruption in the city, Vince/The Cape must battle his nemesis, billionaire Peter Fleming, who also moonlights as the twisted killer Chess. But he doesn't fight crime alone -- Max Malini is the ringleader of a circus gang of bank robbers who mentors and trains him to be The Cape; Orwell is an investigative blogger; and Marty Voyt is a former police detective and friend.
