Plot Synopsis

Longtime saltwater expert Byron Velvick, who is best known as The Bachelor in Season 6 of ABC's THE BACHELOR, explores North America, searching for the best fishing guides for both freshwater and saltwater fish. Whether he's fishing for giant largemouth on Lake Falcon with guide Robert Amaya or catching redfish in the waters of Los Angeles with Capt Mike Fernette, Velvick shows why each guide is the best at his job. Plus, each 30-minute episode features challenges that he and the guide try to complete, pushing themselves to the limit. In addition to being The Bachelor, Velvick is a two-time U.S. Open Champion and has won 22 professional national and regional tournaments, totaling more than $1.2 million in earnings.
