Plot Synopsis

Recently named the Meanest Man in Comedy by "New York Magazine," Jeff Ross continues his work as the Roastmaster General, turning his venom away from celebrities and directing it at the week's pop-culture topics...which usually involve celebrities. Ross will be joined in studio by fellow comics and celebrity pals as he verbally incinerates all the things we loathe and love, with these comedy segments: "Roaster Coaster," which takes aim at "Public Enemies," such as meter maids, the paparazzi, and those things in life that just need to be taken down a notch; "Roasting the Week," a no-holds-barred look at the week's hot topics; and "Friendly Fire," in which Ross knocks on celebrity front doors, camera in tow. Plus, Ross ends each episode with a tribute to whomever or whatever passed away that week, entitled "Too Soon?," featuring commentary on the (extremely) recently departed. In its Season 2 premiere, airing on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 10:30pm ET, THE BURN WITH JEFF ROSS featured comedians Lisa Lampanelli, Anthony Jeselnik, and Bobby Lee.
