Plot Synopsis

This reality series follows Renee Strauss and her wedding-savvy crew as they help pamper the most discerning of clients while transforming their biggest dreams and unlimited budgets into a bride's perfect day. Set in Strauss' stunning salon in Beverly Hills, where for more than 30 years she has been helping brides-to-be, ranging from old money to new socialites -- some arrive under a pseudonym while others bring their whole entourage. Through it all, the champagne flows, as do tears, laughs, and quirky tales about the clients' star-studded lives. Renee's crew even includes Kevin Lee, a wedding planner straight out of FATHER OF THE BRIDE. TLC aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 10pm ET. About one year later on November 2, 2012 at 10pm ET, TLC aired the premiere of Season 2 at the same night and time as the program had its second season premiere on slice. The first of two, back-to-back programs featured Linda Hogan, Hulk Hogan's ex-wife, who was shopping for a wedding dress even though she and her fiance had broken off their engagement.
