Plot Synopsis

In this reality weight-loss competition series, ten brides-to-be compete in a military-style fitness program that provides training in a hard-core but encouraging setting. The women are split into two teams that battle for supremacy in "Marital Missions" with the winning women receiving immunity. The losing group is forced to the 'Fitting Room' for a weigh-in and possible elimination. Host Cynthia Conde is the founder of the trademarked Bridal Bootcamp fitness program and author of a best selling book Bridal Bootcamp. The ten women are: Amberly from San Diego, CA; Courtney, Jamie from Elmendorf AFB, AK; Kacey from Rosamond, CA; Kelley from Murfreesboro, TN; Lauren from Old Forge, PA; Melissa from Pittsburgh, PA; Tara from Spring Hill, TN; Tesha from Portsmouth, VA; and Tina from Harriman, TN.
