Plot Synopsis

BREAKING BOSTON is a one-hour reality series that follows a group of blue-collar, twentysomething women in Boston, who are looking for a way out of their town, where education, employment and opportunities are hard to come by. This series joins the women at a critical time in their lives, because each is trying to shed her past after recently hitting rock bottom via destructive relationships or bad choices. The women are: Kristina, 29, who faced jail time when her ex-boyfriend was caught running a drug ring out of their shared home but was acquitted; Valerie, 22, who had two DUIs and a jail sentence on her record before she graduated high school; Noelle, 25, who recently suffered the loss of her brother to a tragic car accident; Courtney, 25, who is a single mom with a 7th grade education and a dream to get into beauty school; and Caitlin, 25, who dropped out of high school to deal at illegal underground poker games and now faces federal gambling charges after a recent bust.
