Plot Synopsis
In this one-hour reality series, two plastic surgeons, Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif, work with victims of ill-fated cosmetic work and attempt to undo and fix their results. From frightening facelifts, shockingly bad boob enhancements and reductions and hideous nose jobs to devastating tummy tucks and lopsided butt lifts, Doctors Dubrow and Nassif try to turn tragedy into triumph, using their training, education, and sometimes even imagination. BOTCHED chronicles patients' ill-fated cosmetic work, documents their back-stories to get a sense of their pre-corrective lives of shame and insecurity, goes inside their initial consultations with the doctors, documents their corrective surgeries, peers into their post-operative follow-ups, and then reveals their new and corrected bodies. In the series premiere, both doctors team up to fix some of California's worst surgical results when they set their sights and scalpels on: Alicia, a woman suffering from what's known as a uni-boob; Michelle, an actress who's had six surgeries in search of the perfect nose; and Justin Jedlica, often called the Human Doll, because he has gone under the knife more than 100 times in order to perfect his unique physique. In subsequent episodes, the docs help these patients: Janice Dickinson, who gets her breasts (with 30-year-old implants) restored to a more natural look; Kimber James, a transgender adult film star who's undergone 24 plastic surgeries; Renee, an internet sensation after posting a shocking video of her butt implants flipping inside her body; Desiree, who got a tummy tuck in Mexico from a doctor using a block of ice to numb her abdomen; Toby Sheldon, who made headlines in recent years for spending over $100,000 to look like Justin Bieber; and many more people with botched body modifications. On Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT, E! presented the first part of a two-part reunion special, which is hosted by Maria Menounos. In the "Reunion: Show & Tell," Doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow reunite to look back at the success of the first season of BOTCHED, welcoming some of their most outrageous patients. Part one of the reunion features the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel" Janice Dickinson, the human doll Justin Jedlica, triple L breast model Lacey Wildd, celebrity look-a-like Toby Sheldon and transsexual superstar Kimber James. Part two airing Monday, October 27 at 10pm ET/PT showcases Michelle Blackwell who received her 7thrhinoplasty on Season 1, transsexual cult performer Glamorous Monique, Tijuana tummy tuck disaster Desiree White and Alicia Jenkins who was suffering from a life-ruining uniboob.
BOTCHED returned for its second season on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT on E!, with Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow challenged to work with everyone from famous TV, sports and music stars to disfigured burn victims who have experienced the pain and emotional stress of surgeries gone wrong. In the season premiere, "I Love New Work," reality star Tiffany 'New York' Pollard hopes the doctors can fix her botched boobs, Paul reconstructs a severely burned chin, and the doctors meet a transgender woman whose face was pumped with cement. Subsequent episodes feature patients like Guillermo Eiland of Mo' Thugs, Nicole Eggert from BAYWATCH, and Jordan James Parke, who reportedly spent $150,000 to look like Kim Kardashian. On Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT, E! debuted the Season 2 fall premiere of BOTCHED, as Drs. Dubrow and Nassif continue to put their surgical skills to the test while facing a new round of patients with traumatic plastic surgery experiences -- from identical twins seeking to look more alike through revisions to their rhinoplasties and breast augmentations, to life-saving discoveries as the doctors attempt to fix injuries from a near-fatal accident. In the mid-season premiere, "Double Trouble," Paul follows a hunch and orders more tests for a woman with a severely botched nose and discovers shocking news. The doctors work in tandem to get two "botched bunnies" back in centerfold shape.
On Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT, E! premiered the third season of BOTCHED, featuring Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif taking on all-new surgical cases and patients with inspiring stories. In the season premiere, fan favorite Rajee, who unknowingly had her face injected with cement by someone who was not a licensed medical professional, is back in the consult room as the doctors construct a complex plan in an attempt to fix her severely disfigured face. Meanwhile, Dr. Dubrow performs surgery on a woman whose stargazing nipples are too high and an "out-of-this world" patient requests that the doctors make him look like an alien. Later in the season, Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif are once again tasked with fixing the seemingly unfixable. From a transformation for a woman whose nose is stuck at a "7 o'clock" angle, to an earlobe reconstruction for a woman whose lobes have been stretched to almost two inches, the doctors will tackle even more obscure and complicated surgeries than ever before. The doctors also receive a visit from former professional wrestler, Chyna, who enlists their help to fix her botched breasts.

Coming up this season on "Botched," fan favorite Rajee returns, the doctors take on a patient who nearly died after a mommy makeover gone wrong and just when the doctors think they've seen it all, a patient ravaged by a flesh eating disease, seeks the doctors help to save what's left of her breasts.
Season 5 of BOTCHED premiered on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on E!. The sixth season of BOTCHED premiered on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 10pm ET/PT on E!. This season, Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif take on more horrific plastic surgery catastrophes and transform the lives of their hopeless patients, including a woman who grows pubic hair from her cheek due to an unfortunate skin graft, a patient with an endlessly flipping butt implant, and a woman who is "double stacked" with four breast implants. The doctors encounter even more shocking patients with "bologna" areolas, a "pelican neck," and a "Pinocchio" nose, as well as unconventional patient requests like a UK man who wants to look like Jimin from the K-Pop band "BTS," a transgender woman who is hoping to morph into a real-life Bratz doll, and more. On the season opener, "I Love New Boobs," Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif meet with reality diva and former patient, Tiffany "New York" Pollard. Tiffany returns to the doctors in search of answers after experiencing symptoms of BII (Breast Implant Illness), a condition in which breast implants can cause patients to become seriously ill. Dr. Dubrow encounters a breast augmentation he has "never seen before" in patient Gia Gotham, a cos-play vixen whose nightlife has led her to body modification including a split, snake-like tongue and dangerously large breasts. Gia is looking to restore her confidence following a 2,050CC implant surgery that resulted in a lopsided chest, which is still not big enough in her mind. Plus, formerly rejected patient Jonathan Fung returns in desperate need of the doctors' help after proceeding with multiple lip filler injections against their previous advice.
