Plot Synopsis

BODY PARTS is a medical docuseries that features certified anaplastologist Allison Vest, who has over 20 years of experience. For the first time, Allison open the doors to her practice and shares the most devastating cases of patients who have lost major body parts, giving them a second chance by creating amazing, realistic prosthetics to help restore their lives to normalcy. Oftentimes, her prosthetics go undetected thanks to the skillful combination of skin color correction, hair placement, and even delicately painted veins. But, for her patients, there's nothing discreet about the impact these parts have, from a woman who lost her hands after an extreme case of pneumonia to a boy missing both ears after a dog attack. In the series opener, "I Dropped the Nipples," Allison helps a man who lost his nose, a woman born without an ear, and a cancer survivor seeking new nipples.

On Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 10pm ET/PT, TLC premiered "I'm Here to Get Some Ears," the season finale of BODY PARTS. Easton lost both of his ears during a traumatic dog attack, and Allison aims to restore his missing ears and his confidence; Ian seeks an upgrade for a 40-year-old eye prosthesis; teenage mom Montana needs a new toe to keep up with her toddler.
