Plot Synopsis

Six young British fashion addicts travel to India to live and work alongside garment workers, making clothes destined for sale in British high-end stores. These twentysomethings swap fashion shopping for fashion making as they learn to harvest cotton in the fields, sew clothes at a rate of two garments per minute, and manufacture clothes in backstreet workshops. Will this experience change how these fashion divas shop for the next trend? This series had its U.S. premiere on Planet Green on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 10PM.
