Plot Synopsis

BLOOD PACT is a one-hour drama series that centers on Silas, an ambitious TV reporter, who uses risky and ethically questionable methods to report on gang wars and police corruption in the Amazon port of Belem, Brazil. The series opens with Silas getting attention after filming a dangerous segment on a shantytown drug lord. Detective Moreira is tasked with finding a missing teen. Moreira is sent to investigate a girl found dead in Belem, where he's assigned a partner. Edinho proposes a deal to Trucco, who later faces a setback. Trucco asks Edinho to find the leak. Moreira and Soares learn of local drug-fueled "spiritual tours." Silas gets a tip on who he should film next. Edinho urges Silas to do a favor for Trucco. The authorities question Silas about his latest video. Moreira attends the spiritual tour in the jungle. BLOOD PACT had its U.S. premiere on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the eight-episode first season.
