Plot Synopsis

Friends of comedian Doug Benson tell stories, do their standup act, or talk about what's going on in the world -- all while Benson sits on stage with them and occasionally interrupts them, often forcing the conversation to take a weirdly humorous turn. Benson's friends include: Adam Carolla, Sarah Silverman, David Cross, Zach Galifianakis, Maria Bamford, Nick Swardson, Patton Oswalt, Brian Posehn, Thomas Lennon, Mary Lynn Rajskub and Eugene Mirman. Here's what Benson has to say about his show: "It's not heckling, it's helping. There's a major difference. Well, just a few letters, but you know what I mean. All of the comics on the show are friends of mine. I'm not interrupting strangers. They are well aware of what they are getting into when they agree to do the show. I hope."
