Plot Synopsis

BARN HUNTERS is a half-hour reality series that follows Sean Tracy and his crew at Pennsylvania's Bucks County TimberCraft, as they crisscross America, finding broken-down barns and transforming them into dream homes. He rescues the dilapidated barns just before they're set to be demolished and either refurbishes them on the spot, or dismantles them piece by piece, carefully transporting them to his shop in Bucks County and turning the old structures into one-of-a-kind barn homes. Throughout the first season, the boys transform a 200-year-old field stone bank barn into a modern guesthouse, which includes a lower level featuring reclaimed wood bunk beds and a luxurious master bed and bath, while also doing other jobs, such as: the gut renovation of an 1841 Pennsylvania Bank Barn; the construction of a custom wine cellar and cigar lounge in the barn home of a former client; salvaging a 200-year-old barn before it ends up in a landfill; the opening of Sean's whiskey distillery and tasting room; and more.
