Plot Synopsis

BACK IN TIME FOR DINNER is a one-hour docuseries that offers a glimpse into Canada's past, through the unique perspective of a modern family on a culinary adventure through time. Guided by host Carlo Rota, each week the Campus family from southern Ontario lives through a new decade of Canadian food and domestic trends -- starting in 1940s in Canada and finishing in the 1990s. The Campus family includes: mother and registered nurse Tristan, father and multimedia designer Aaron, 18-year-old daughter Valerie, 17-year-old daughter Jessica, and 15-year-old son Robert. BACK IN TIME FOR DINNER made its U.S. debut on Thursday, December 23, 2021, as Cooking Channel debuted the first episode at 10pm ET/7pm PT.
