Plot Synopsis

BABY ANIMAL RESCUE is a one-hour docuseries that follows conservationist Giles Clark, who travels to South Africa to work with dedicated teams rescuing and caring for wildlife orphans. On Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 10pm ET/PT, National Geographic Channel debuted BABY ANIMAL RESCUE, but had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the premiere, Giles first heads to Umoya Khulula Wildlife Centre to help Archie, a baby pangolin orphan, who learns essential skills for the wild. Then, at Hoedspruit Elephant Rehabilitation and Development (HERD), he meets Phabeni, a troubled baby elephant on his journey to join a herd of his own kind again.
