Plot Synopsis

In this 15-minute animated action-comedy, Axe Cop and his loyal partner, Flute Cop, unleash their unique brand of vigilante justice on bad guys everywhere, including stopping Hitler from creating an army of evil zombie robots and helping Bat Warthog Man find the villain who stole his best friends. Axe Cop, who operates on only two minutes of sleep a night and is fueled by a diet consisting solely of birthday cake, was created by five-year-old Malachai Nicolle and his older brother, Ethan Nicolle. The character started as a small passion project, evolved into an online sensation, was later published as a graphic novel by Dark Horse Books, and was developed for television by Nick Weidenfeld and Judah Miller. FOX aired a sneak-peek episode of this series on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at 9:30pm ET/PT, one week before its official series premiere when the late-night Animation Domination High-Def debuted on Saturday, July 27 at 11pm ET/PT on FOX.

AXE COP returned for its second season on Thursday, April 16, 2015 on FXX, as part of the cable channel's Animation Domination block, which airs from Midnight-1am ET/PT. The season premiere features guest voices Megan Mullally, Dee Baker, Alfred Molina, Tyler the Creator, and Betsy Brandt.
