Plot Synopsis
Four British young adults give up their usual couch potato/junk food lifestyles and spend a week with four fit American seniors. At the end of their week together, the young adults compete in physical challenges against these seniors to see who is fitter. Discovery Fit & Health aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Monday, June 27, 2011 at 8pm ET, one day after it aired the same episode as a sneak peek at 11pm ET on Sunday, June 26.
