Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Alex Paen, ANIMAL RESCUE is a syndicated, weekly, half-hour series that travels around the world to showcase the heroic efforts of people helping animals, using actual video from real animal emergencies. ANIMAL RESCUE returned for its nineteenth season the week of August 31, 2015, airing the following weekend in most broadcast markets (check local listings). The Season 19 opener featured stories about the Delta Rose Animal Sanctuary, a surgery on a beloved goldfish, and the dangers of using human medications on animals.
