Plot Synopsis

ANIMAL CRIBS is a one-hour reality series that follows designer Antonio Ballatore, his project manager Grace, and his right hand-dog, Chewie the bulldog, along with a team of Catsperts and Barkitects, as they transform drab, cramped homes and outside areas into functional, high-style spaces for both pets and the people they love. Antonio's excitement for both design and animals drive him to go the extra mile for his clients and their four-legged, winged, and scaly friends. The newly designed spaces, renovated specifically for the homeowners and their pets, feature design elements that alter homes to become creative and purposeful spaces for all to enjoy. In Season 1, viewers see a cabin redesign for a family and their blind dog; a complete backyard renovation featuring a pet-safe fire-pit; a man-cave that can accommodate 20 pets; and a room design complete with a soaring sculptural cat climbing wall, among other design transformations. In the series opener, "Tricked Out Cat Castle," Antonio and team build a tricked-out, cats-only treehouse, connected by a suspension bridge to a redesigned family room where cat Taffy and her ten-year-old owner can play together in style.

Season 2 of ANIMAL CRIBS premiered Friday, March 1, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT on Animal Planet. In the new season, Antonio, his team of experts and his sidekick rescue dog Edie, take transformations to a whole new level by turning dull, cramped homes and yards into awe inspiring spaces for both pets and their families. In the season opener, "Dog Town, USA," Antonio helps a family create the ultimate backyard dog park with cool, custom dog houses; a paddling pool for hot summer days; and a slick structure of ramps and tunnels to keep everyone entertained and active.
