Plot Synopsis

AMERICAN HORROR STORY: APOCALYPSE, the eighth installment of the AHS franchise, is set some time in the near future, featuring characters from AHS: COVEN (Season 3) and AHS: MURDER HOUSE (Season 1) as well as new characters. The new season opens with the end of the world, allowing the story to unfold from there.

On Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 10pm ET/PT, FX premiered the season finale of AMERICAN HORROR STORY: APOCALYPSE. In the one-hour season ender, "Apocalypse Then," after the nuclear apocalypse, the world's chosen elite survive in secure outposts created by the mysterious Cooperative; meanwhile, underneath the surface of humanity's salvation lies a battlefield for the final conflict between good and evil. AMERICAN HORROR STORY has already been renewed through its tenth season.
