Plot Synopsis

Kelly Turney and his partner, Becky Green, own Alaska Picker, an antique store in Wasilla, Alaska, and they travel to the corners of the state, hunting for one-of-a-kind items in the remotest regions of The Last Frontier. These two take search by air, land and sea, as they face stubborn sellers, harsh weather, and Alaska's abundant wildlife, to find must-have items in abandoned buildings, mills, military bunkers and barns. Along the way, they meet interesting sellers and buyers, like Junkyard Dan and Sandpaper Pete, two men who may value junk more than Becky and Kelly. Nat Geo aired back-to-back 30-minute episodes of ALASKA PICKERS on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 11pm ET, and had no additional episodes scheduled at that time.
