Plot Synopsis
Mixing scripted storylines with real stand-up, ADAM DEVINE'S HOUSE PARTY reveals what happens when Adam Devine is given a massive party budget and free reign at an LA mansion (Season 1) or New Orleans bar (Season 2). Some of Devine's favorite up-and-coming comedians stop by to enjoy the party and perform stand-up sets. In the series premiere -- featuring the comedy of Ahmed Bharoocha, Andrew Santino, and Barry Rothbart -- Adam makes a fool of himself as he tries to impress his former flame who shows up to the party on Andrew's arm. The rest of Season 1 features these guests performing comedy on the mansion's backyard stage: Asif Ali, Austin Anderson, Ron Babcock, Kevin Barnett, Byron Bowers, Matt Broussard, Pete Davidson, Drennon Davis, Sean Donnelly, Ron Funches, Matt Koff, Annie Lederman, the Lucas Brothers, Brent Morin, Esther Povitsky, Josh Rabinowitz, Adam Ray, Sam Simmons, Liza Treyger, Brooks Wheelan and Hampton Yount. Plus, two bands, Trash Talk and Palma Violets, stop by to play for the party guests. ADAM DEVINE'S HOUSE PARTY returned for its 10-episode second season on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 10:30pm ET/PT on Comedy Central, before moving to its regular timeslot on late night Thursdays at 12:30am ET/PT, immediately following @MIDNIGHT. In Season 2, Adam buys a bar in New Orleans for a bash complete with party shenanigans and all-new stand-up sets from some of his favorite comic friends. In the season opener, "King Cake, Baby!," Adam injures himself on King Cake and then suffers the effects of mixing pain meds with absinthe, getting a little sloppy while hosting stand-up from Ian Karmel, Aparna Nancherla and Brendan Lynch. Then two days later in the season's second episode, "Adam Killed a Man," Adam recruits Randy Liedtke, Rob Christensen and Kristen Schaal to help him prank his buddy Kyle Newacheck and do stand-up at his party. Subsequent episodes of Season 2 feature these comedians: Kurt Braunohler, Nikki Glaser, Erik Griffin, Cy Amundson, Rell Battle, Tone Bell, Billy Bonnell, Mike Bridenstine, Kevin Christy, Thomas Dale, Rick Glassman, Sabrina Jalees, Matteo Lane, Monroe Martin, John McKeever, Alingon Mitra, Sam Morril, Joe Pera, Crystian Ramirez, Ben Roy, Nick Rutherford, Mark Serritella, Dave Thomason and Jesus Trejo. Season 3 of ADAM DEVINE'S HOUSE PARTY premiered late night Thursday, March 3, 2016 (early morning Friday, March 4) at 12:30am ET/PT on Comedy Central. The 10-episode third season was shot entirely on-location at Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, Hawaii, showcasing what happens when a party animal obliterates a massive budget to plan an epic island bash, this time in paradise. The season features beachside shenanigans and all-new stand-up sets from rising comedians. In the premiere, titled "Wedding in Paradise" and featuring Chris Garcia, Jacob Williams, and Megan Gailey, Adam finds out that the stand-up venue is booked for a wedding so he must convince one of the comics to marry him. Subsequent episodes feature: Dino Archie, Vladimir Caamano, Jen D'Angelo, Anthony Devito, Brendan Eyre, Devin Field, Noah Gardenswartz, Rob Haze, Matt Ingebretson, Kevin Iso, Josh Johnson, Amir K, Langston Kerman, Joe Sinclitico, Jak Knight, Neel Nanda, Ryan O'Flanagan, Leonard Ouzts, Pat Regan, Chris Thayer, Sarah Tollemache, Taylor Tomlinson, Brandon Wardell, Matt Wayne, Alice Wetterlund, Myke Wright and Jenny Zigrino.
