Plot Synopsis

This reality series follows conjoined twin sisters Abby and Brittany Hensel, as they prepare for their 22nd birthday, college graduation and life after school. After living a quiet life out of the media, Abby and Brittany appeared in a one-hour TLC special, JOINED FOR LIFE: ABBY & BRITTANY TURN 16. Now in this 30-minute series, six years later, the girls are ready to start their adult lives together as they finish their last year of college. During spring break, the girls head to Texas to visit family and friends, go shopping, get manicures, ride bikes and hang out by the pool. But they also prepare for their first job interview. Then, just before graduation, Abby and Brittany take a road trip to the Windy City for one last precious weekend together, where they roam the city on Segways, gorge on deep-dish pizza, and view Chicago from 103 stories high. Plus, they must finish their student teaching assignment, which involves a class of 4th-graders, before they can walk across the stage and receive their diplomas.
