TV Tango: The season finale of BONES is called “The Change in the Game.” What can we expect from your character, what is his change in the game?

David: Well, I mean he’s always changing somewhat. I mean, I think that everything that comes into his life kind of puts him in a different direction, but this is a change for good and for a new chapter for the BONES series. I think that it really kicks it off in a different year and a whole new look and how they’re going to handle things.

TV Tango: If you could sum up your character in one word in the season finale, what would that be?

David: Oh man…One word? It’s tempestuous. It’s one of my favorite words I’ve used it before. He’s a very tempestuous character. Everyone is always like, "You use that word a lot," but it’s true. I mean he’s ever changing.

TV Tango: So season 7, what can we expect?

David: A lot of new developments and some new characters coming into play, I know that. You know their relationship [Booth and Bones] will get to a fever pitch and yet be torn apart while facing certain things and it’ll be stronger.

TV Tango: I have to admit I haven’t seen too many episodes of BONES. So for people like me…

David: Oh, you probably watch CASTLE -- that other horrible show, the show that ripped our show off [laughs].

TV Tango: That was a good quote thanks.

David: That’s okay the war's begun.

TV Tango: What would you say to somebody who doesn’t watch the show to start watching, what makes you so different?

David: It’s a relationship driven show. I mean, when the show came out, it was really based on relationships and it was fun to see how the show has developed the past six seasons and how people have written other shows that focus more on relationship rather than the procedural aspect of it. We pride ourselves in that kind of aspect, we pride ourselves in the MOONLIGHTING aspect of it and we pride ourselves in the relationships.

TV Tango: Wow, you look great!

Emily: Oh, thank you! Thank you so much.

TV Tango: The season finale is called “The Change in the Game.” What can we expect from your character in these last few episodes?

Emily: Well, there’s a change in the game [smiles].

TV Tango: What kind of game is it?

Emily: Um…well, I can’t really say. I can’t say…I’d reveal too much.

TV Tango: Awwww.

Emily: Sorry. But there are a lot of things that happen in the last two episodes that affect a lot of things and will continue to affect the show in season 7 and beyond.

TV Tango: And if you could describe your character in one word during the season finale what would it be?

Emily: In the season finale?

TV Tango: Yes.

Emily: Ohhh…um….(laughs). I can’t think of one word. I do however look like the missing member of Twisted Sister in my undercover outfit.

TV Tango: First of all I have to ask, who did your shoes?

Michaela: Oh, they’re Dolce & Gabbana.

TV Tango: They’re awesome. Everyone on Twitter was like, “What are they, what are they?”

Michaela: Really? Oh my god, that’s so cool. It’s so fast, technology. They’re very comfortable.

TV Tango: Which is surprising because they’re very tall.

Michaela: I know!

TV Tango: The season finale's title is “The Change in the Game”. Besides your character obviously giving birth, what can you tell us about what changes her? 

Michaela: Well. I can’t say too much. but I will say that the last two episodes really change the structure of who she is.

TV Tango: If you could describe your character in one word during the season finale, what would that be?

Michaela: Oh wow, relieved!

TV Tango: Well that’s good! What can we expect from your character in season 7 now that she has a baby? How is that going to impact her work?

Michaela: I don’t know! You’ll have to ask Hart and Stephen (EP/Writers), they’ll know all of it. I have no idea. We just got picked up. I mean really, I’m not even sure.

TV Tango: How did that feel when you found out you got a season 7? Were you expecting it?

Michaela: Yeah, I mean I would have been surprised if we didn’t, but as an actress you're always the one foot in the “It’s not gonna' happen.” But we were thrilled of course! We’re a family and we love to work together.

TV Tango: Besides BONES, do you have anything you’re going to do on your off time?

Michaela: I’m not sure yet. I’m reading for some stuff. I did a movie last August which was really fun. If I get something great, if not, I will be traveling and just enjoying life.

TV Tango: Can we expect to see any more of Angela’s dad in upcoming episodes?

Michaela: I don’t think you’re going to see him in the end of this season, but I’m pretty sure Billy Gibbons (Guitarist of ZZ Top) will be back.

TV Tango: What about a mom, is there a mom in the picture?

Michaela: I really hope there’s a mom. I would LOVE that. That would be awesome.

TV Tango: So obviously you got picked up for another season, how does that feel?

Stephen: We love that!

TV Tango: Well your fans love that too! I actually just started watching the show recently this season. My friend got me hooked and I have to say I love it. Where do you guys pull your ideas from, I know it started off as a book.

Stephen: Um well, not from the books. The only thing connected with the Kathy Reich books is basically Kathy Reich, the profession…what’s going on. The books are a completely different animal. We have a great, great story, wonderful writers and our staff, they comb every inch of the news, their imagination, to bring us comical stories and stories we get to exploit every week on the show.

TV Tango: So the season finale is called “The Change in the Game.” Tell me the game changer.

Stephen: Everything changes. In the last few episodes everything changes -- everybody is confronting themselves, but we feel that this whole year has been sort of a game changer in the doctoring of the photos, the episode where Emily kind of thinks she’s investigating her own death. She sees the world in a way she’s never seen it before, you know? So we feel that the characters are looking at things differently and so everything really changes. Hodgins and Angela’s life will change for all time, they’ve got a child. Booth and Brennen have been through a million ups and downs this year and everything will hopefully be reset, we’ll be looking at it in a different way.

TV Tango: If you could describe the season finale in one word, what would it be?

Stephen: One word?!

TV Tango: One word.

Stephen: …..Good!!! (laughs)
