A high-profile quarterback dies at a hospital, and the firm steps in to defend the hospital. When Alicia uncovers information that puts the doctor at fault, the firm relinquishes its involvement and Alicia takes on the case by herself. Peter and his lawyer investigate Alicia’s reports of wiretapping, while Kalinda plays on both sides of the fence with Peter and Childs. Peter’s mother ends up in the hospital. | |||

Jenna enters into a fake relationship with James Franco to help him distract from a scandal and then auditions for a role on Gossip Girl but is horrified to learn that she is actually up for the part of the mother. Tracy prepares for the birth of his daughter by adding a woman to his entourage. Jack gets excited about hanging out with a guy at work now that the robot is a cast member, but finds unexpected competition when the robot starts dating Liz. | |||
