Plot Synopsis

As the sun sets on a small American town, a vicious global plague arrives, turning the dead into flesh-eating zombies for the night! Tracie and her father, Patrick, race through a graveyard in a desperate attempt to make it home to Tracie's mother, Birdie, before its too late. The epidemic spreads quickly, forcing people to hole up in their homes and survive as best they can as chaos ensues outside. Looters and criminals run rampant while zombies seek out victims to devour. Patrick's neighbor, Joseph, and his family have a safe room and plenty of food, but Joseph isn't so sure he wants to share. The families learn that the zombies only live until dawn, but the epidemic continues to escalate. As the clock keeps ticking, the survivors need to guard themselves from the living as well as the undead. Both families are forced to make difficult decisions that determine who dies and who survives the night.
