Plot Synopsis
In 1924, legendary lawman Bill Tilghman comes out of retirement to become marshal of the newly booming oil town of Cromwell, Oklahoma. The town is being overrun with machine-gun wielding gangsters--a far cry from the outlaw gangs he was familiar with handling. He quickly realize that the ''code of the West'' he has followed all his life no longer applies in this new, modern-day environment.
