Plot Synopsis

As the millennium draws near and the world's computers go haywire the head of the government computer monitoring project in Washington watches as cities lose power, medical equipment malfunctions, a nuclear meltdown in Sweden decimates a power plant and widespread disasters erupt. He must race against time to fix a Seattle plutonium plant before its radiation can destroys the planet.
